Francis (Frank) Schiano


Francis Schiano had a thirty nine year career with the New York City Department of Environmental Protection.  For ten years he worked as a design engineer, responsible for the design of drainage structures and sewers throughout New York Cities five boroughs.  For the remainder of his career, Frank was employed as an Assistant General Council supervising the department's business affairs team which was involved in contract and other legal issues growing out of a multi-billion dollor capital contruction program.


Frank recieved a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Manhatten College and a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School.  He is a licensed professional engineer in the State of New York and a member of the New York State Bar.
